These terms apply when you use buckscountyseptic.com (the “Site”), run by Bucks County Septic (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What We Do, and What We Don’t
Bucks County Septic is a referral service. When you submit a quote request or call, we connect you with one or more independent local septic service providers. We don’t perform septic pumping, inspections, repairs or any other work ourselves, and we aren’t a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Providers Are Independent
Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. They decide their own prices, schedules, methods and terms. Any contract, payment, warranty or dispute about the work is between you and the provider.
We don’t guarantee or warrant any provider’s work, quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, response time or results. Before hiring anyone, check their licenses (including any required Bucks County Health Department sewage hauler license), insurance, references and written estimate.
No Pricing Promises
The Site doesn’t publish or promise prices, discounts or estimates. Any quote comes from the provider and depends on your property and system.
Information Only, Not Professional Advice
Content about septic systems, township ordinances and Pennsylvania or Bucks County rules is general information. It may be incomplete or out of date. It isn’t legal, engineering or professional advice. Always confirm requirements with your township, the Bucks County Health Department or a qualified professional.
Your Responsibilities
- Give accurate information in your request, and only submit requests for property you own or are authorized to arrange service for.
- Don’t misuse the Site: no spam, false requests, scraping, hacking or interference.

How we handle calls is described in our Privacy Policy. If you agree to be contacted, we and the matched provider(s) may contact you by phone or text using the details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Intellectual Property
Site content and the Bucks County Septic name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but don’t copy or republish them without permission.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to government, township or other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bucks County Septic isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any provider’s work, pricing, conduct or failure to perform. If we’re found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site, which is normally nothing.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
